Job summary

BD in Wroclaw seeks an FP&A professional to drive planning, analysis and performance across the BU. You will develop and execute FP&A best practices, manage P&L reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Country Business Leaders and analysts to support strategic decisions.

You will coordinate monthly close, provide accurate financial insights, and participate in cross-functional projects to improve value discovery in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of FP&A, finance partnering, or similar role.
• Experience with full P&L management including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, revenue and expense analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement FP&A practices and standardization within the BU.
• Manage FP&A calendar through BU Hub organizations.
• Oversee BU P&Ls and reports, including Hub/EMEA/WW segments.
• Collaborate with BP&A BU Analysts and SGA Analysts on financial areas.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Liaise with Global Reporting Team for specific reports.
• Support BU Controller in P&L monitoring.
• Communicate with CBLs, SGA Analysts and Comm Ops Analysts on Revenue/GP/SGA.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory and shipping matters.
• Partner with Country Business Leaders in preparing and validating financials.
• Conduct strategic meetings with CBLs for ASR, Budget and projections.
• Participate in monthly MEC calls and close processes.
• Identify country/hub risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to cross-finance BU projects and ROI evaluations.
• Identify and capitalize on value opportunities.
