Moderna Warsaw is seeking an analytical contracts professional to support our US Commercial Contract Operations. Based in Warsaw, you will connect contract pricing, eligibility, and payments to ensure accurate execution while collaborating with global teams.

You’ll combine contract operations with analytics, driving efficient processes and exploring Generative AI tools to generate deeper insights for revenue management.

Formación

• Degree in Finance or Business is required.
• 1+ years of contracts experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel formulas, pivots, and data analysis.
• Experience with AI in business is a plus.
• Proficiency in English (written and/or spoken) required due to global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of Moderna’s contract pricing structures and membership eligibility.
• Partner with vendors to support contract setup and execution.
• Maintain customer records and contract data in spreadsheets and systems.
• Establish a centralized database of contract information for reporting.
• Analyze administration fees for contracted customers and prepare outputs.
• Produce reporting on operational and financial metrics for decision-making.
• Manage the Revenue Management System and contract matrix for alignment.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Account Management.
• Support SOX controls, governance, and audit readiness.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting as business requirements evolve.
• Explore Generative AI to enhance analytics and processes.
