Job summary

BD in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks an FP&A professional to implement best practices, manage P&L reporting and collaborate with BU leaders across global operations. You will coordinate with BU Hub, SGA Analysts and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate data and insightful financial analysis for strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in FP&A or finance partnering, a related degree, and experience in a multinational, matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in FP&A, Finance Partnering, or similar role.
• Experience with full P&L management including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, revenue and expense analysis.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement FP&A practices and standardization across the BU.
• Manage FP&A calendar through BU Hub organizations.
• Oversee BU P&L and reports, including hub/EMEA/WW packages.
• Collaborate with BP&A BU Analysts and SGA Analysts on financial areas.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy for stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for Global Reporting Team for specific reports.
• Support BU Controller in monitoring P&L performance.
• Liaise with CBLs, SGA Analysts and Comm Ops Analysts on Revenue/GP/SGA.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Team on inventory and shipping matters.
• Partner with Country Business Leaders in preparing and validating financials.
• Conduct calls/meetings with CBLs for ASR, Budget, Projections, and action plans.
• Engage in MEC month-end close discussions with CBLs.
• Identify country/hub risks and opportunities.
• Participate in BU cross-finance projects evaluating P&L/ROI.
• Identify and capitalize on value opportunities within the BU.
