Job summary

XTB is building a global investment platform; we seek a seasoned PMO Manager to lead cross‑functional IT projects and drive strategic delivery.

You will own roadmaps, manage initiatives from short to long horizons, coordinate diverse stakeholders, and ensure timely, within-scope outcomes.

This role requires 5+ years in PMO, strong fintech knowledge, PMP/Prince2, and English at C1+, with a culture that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with 3+ years as Project Manager or similar.
• Strong technical background and fintech domain knowledge.
• PM certification (Prince2 or PMP).
• Advanced proficiency in AI tools (Claude Code), Jira, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT specializations (FE, BE, QA, BA, Arch, UX, UI, PO, SM, DevOps).
• Experience in agile product development (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end projects across multiple IT teams, non-IT departments, and external vendors.
• Manage initiatives from 1-2 months to 1-2 years, adapting plans for successful delivery.
• Handle stakeholders at all levels and collaborate with Product Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads.
• Create, visualize, and update project roadmaps; own goal decomposition and documentation.
• Organize workflows: communication channels, approvals, checkpoints, and standards.
• Identify risks, manage them, and remove blockers blocking delivery.
• Lead workshops, report statuses to key stakeholders.
• Create processes using data from Jira, BI, and DB to support PMO and Tech & Product dept.
