Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a Head of Projects to lead and scale our project management team across the organization. You will establish governance, drive delivery excellence, and partner with the COO/CIO to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps.

You will oversee complex project portfolios in a fast-growing FinTech environment, manage budgets, resources, and risks, and mentor cross-functional delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Project Management with 3+ years in a Head of Projects role.
• Experience managing complex portfolios in technology-driven environments.
• FinTech/Financial services or regulated industries a plus.
• Strong governance, budgeting, risk management and SDLC understanding.
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive/board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Managers team with governance frameworks.
• Act as right-hand to COO/CIO and align activities with business goals.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of strategic projects and programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery standards and tools.
• Provide leadership and performance management to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into roadmaps.
• Establish executive-level reporting on project health and risks.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
