Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Global Finance Technology Project Manager to own end-to-end FinanceTech initiatives, including a major Tax Engine implementation, across multiple regions.

You will align finance leadership with IT, SIs, and business units to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes program leadership, stakeholder alignment, and governance, with PMP and ERP deployment experience, plus collaboration with European partners and hands-on cutover

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex technology implementations globally.
• Proven experience leading Finance Technology / ERP-related software implementations.
• Master's Degree / MBA in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Project Management preferred.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred; PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a strong plus (especially with European partners).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of global Finance Technology programs, overseeing integrated project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and governance.
• Lead executive steering committee meetings, deliver status reporting, manage change requests, and define business readiness and success metrics.
• Align global business, technology, system integrator, and vendor teams across geographies with emphasis on European stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, integration, and data teams to ensure designs meet requirements and regulatory standards.
• Direct testing, cutover planning, training, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Ensure all program activities adhere to internal controls, audit standards, and global regulatory mandates.

The Role

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a track record of driving complex digital transformations at scale? We are seeking an dynamic Global Finance Technology Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of high-profile global Finance Tech initiatives, highlighted by a major enterprise Tax Engine Implementation alongside key supporting projects.

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between finance leadership, IT, system integrators, and global business units to deliver seamless, compliant, and transformative finance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of global Finance Technology programs, overseeing integrated project plans, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and governance frameworks.

• Stakeholder & Executive Alignment: Lead executive steering committee meetings, deliver status reporting, manage change requests, and partner with senior Finance stakeholders to define business readiness and success metrics.

• Vendor & Team Coordination: Align global business, technology, system integrator, and vendor teams across multiple geographies, maintaining a strong focus on collaboration with European stakeholders.

• Technical Integration: Work closely with SAP functional, integration, and data teams to ensure technical solution designs match business requirements and regulatory standards.

• Execution & Stabilization: Direct testing execution, cutover planning, training delivery, deployment, hypercare, and operational stabilization.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all program activities adhere strictly to internal controls, audit standards, and global regulatory mandates.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Certifications:

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale, complex technology implementations globally.

• Proven experience leading Finance Technology / ERP-related software implementations.

• Master's Degree / MBA in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or Project Management preferred.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred; PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications are a strong plus (especially experience working with European consulting and implementation partners).

Core Technical & Delivery Skills:

• High proficiency in modern project management toolsets (e.g., Smartsheet).

• Hands-on experience with cutover, hypercare planning, and cross-functional dependency management.

• Bonus Points: Exposure to or functional awareness of modern Tax Engine capabilities (e.g., Vertex, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Avalara, or SAP native features).
