TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a highly proactive Senior Project Manager to join one of our clients' teams. You will drive project delivery, scope control, schedule adherence, and budget management while focusing on customer satisfaction and quality deliverables.

The role requires proven project management experience, familiarity with PM tools, and a background that may include finance or banking. This position offers exposure to diverse clients within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Background in financial or banking sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project is delivered within scope by managing scope changes.
• Ensure project is delivered on time and within budget by managing schedule and costs.
• Work toward meeting defined Customer Satisfaction criteria to achieve a high customer satisfaction score.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the set qualitative criteria.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to maximize efficiency on resource utilization and PPE ratio.
