Job summary

GSK is seeking a General Medicines Senior Finance Partner to drive performance across Europe and act as the Commercial finance partner for the General Medicines portfolio. You will provide critical financial insights to influence strategic decisions and support growth initiatives across European Markets.

The role emphasizes forecasting, SG&A management, pricing governance, and ROI analysis, partnering with commercial teams, market access, and leadership to optimize resources and ensure timely,

Qualifications

• Finance or business degree and/or professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA or international equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience in financial roles.
• Experience in financial modelling and forecasting, and using analysis to drive decision making.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes (CERPS, Bison, CF/CCC, VISTA).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the performance analysis of business results (Sales, SG&A, Profit, Headcount, Working Capital).
• Support P&L management and headcount planning to help the business hit targets.
• Assist with annual budget setting and resource allocation for cross-functional teams; monitor expenses.
• Deliver monthly DRM, annual plans and launch forecasts; provide insights and risk assessment.
• Support pricing governance and market dynamics analysis to inform decisions.
• Model ROI and margin improvement opportunities; drive cost control and benchmarking.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and projects with the Finance Director and leadership.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual work and enable real-time decision making.
• Coach junior team members and support their development.
