Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline plc in Poland is seeking a General Medicines Senior Finance Partner to drive performance across Europe One Finance. You will act as the Commercial Senior Finance Partner for the General Medicines portfolio, delivering financial insights and supporting decision‑making with a strong business voice.

You will manage P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and pricing governance, partnering with commercial, supply chain and market access teams while maintaining robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• Finance or business degree and/or Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA or international equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience in financial roles and experience in financial modelling and forecasting.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning/ forecasting with understanding of CERPS, Bison, CF/CCC, VISTA.

Responsibilities

• Driving Brand Performance: Analysis of sales, SG&A, profit, headcount, and working capital.
• P&L Management: Support BU P&L and headcount to hit targets.
• Resource Allocation: Aid annual budget setting and optimize resource use across cross-functional teams.
• Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver DRM, plans, and soft-landing estimates with challenge to assumptions.
• Launch Support: Model volume/price impacts for pipeline launches.
• Financial Reporting: Ensure timely financial analysis and accurate month-end entries.
• Pricing Optimization & Market Dynamics: Support pricing governance with cross-functional teams.
