MGID is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our new FP&A function and drive commercial insights across the business. You will partner with department heads, challenge business cases, and support strategic initiatives, including new prepayments policy.

You will build dynamic financial models linking operational drivers to revenue, margin, and cash flow, support forecasts and annual budgets, and collaborate with BI to standardise metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience building or significantly transforming processes.
• Strong in financial analysis, large datasets, Excel, and financial modelling.
• Able to explain complex financial topics clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, practical approach.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Business Partnering & Commercial Governance: advise department heads and evaluate ROI data.
• Architecture, Financial Modelling & Budgeting: assist in rolling forecasts and budgets; build driver-based models.
• Data Infrastructure & BI Collaboration: standardise metrics and evolve dashboards through BI tools.
