You will collaborate with regional and global finance, shape market strategies, and ensure rigorous financial governance in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of commercial finance / business partnering experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership coaching and empowering teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Finance Excellence Partners with a focus on value creation.
• Partner with commercial leadership to shape market strategies and revenue initiatives.
• Drive P&L performance, financial governance, and risk management across Poland and SECE.
• Build cross-functional networks with local, regional, and global finance communities.
