Roche in Warsaw seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner Lead for Poland and SECE. You will serve as a strategic financial partner to the commercial organization, leading a team of Finance Excellence Partners and guiding value-driven decisions across the full business value chain.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, drive market strategies, risk assessment, and value-based pricing while advancing digital tools and automation to strengthen profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant commercial finance / business partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of Finance Excellence Partners to drive value.
• Partner with commercial leadership to shape market strategies, business planning, and pricing.
• Drive P&L optimization, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Build cross-functional networks to share best practices and co-create solutions.
