Job summary

GSK is seeking a General Medicines Finance Partner to act as a strategic financial advisor across the Europe One region. You will drive performance, provide critical insights, and partner with commercial teams to support decision-making and profitability.

Responsibilities include forecasting, BOM/SG&A management, pricing governance, and ROI analysis to optimize growth across markets. Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Finance or business degree and/or professional qualification.
• 3 years’ experience in financial roles.
• Experience in financial modelling and forecasting and using analysis to drive decisions.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes (CERPS, Bison, CF/CCC, VISTA).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to performance management and analysis of results across market dynamics.
• Support full P&L understanding and headcount targets, aiding target achievement.
• Assist annual budget setting and track expenses to identify opportunities.
• Partner with commercial and insights teams on monthly DRM, plans, and forecasts.
• Support launch forecasts and provide timely financial analysis at month-end.
• Perform pricing analysis with Market Access teams and track market dynamics.
• Model ROI for investment opportunities and drive margin/cashflow improvements.
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and present insights to leadership.
