Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Wrocław is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Events to lead a team delivering clinical education and training events across EMEA.

Based onsite in Wrocław, you’ll coordinate priorities and resources, support your team’s development, and work closely with IT and external partners. You’ll also improve the tools and processes behind our events, helping the team deliver consistently high-quality experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in event/process management or Marketing operations.
• Experience supervising professional employees or project teams.
• Experience coordinating event delivery through teams rather than individual contribution.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, agencies and operational activities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CRM platforms and SAP.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Events Representatives across EMEA.
• Lead tool improvements across ASANA, SFDC, Survey Platform and Registration tools.
• Allocate work, manage priorities and coordinate resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and workload management for the team.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with EMEA event team on status, reporting and deliverables.
• Manage external event partners to ensure quality and value.
• Promote standardization of event processes and tools across markets.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Partner with IT to implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
• Serve as escalation point for stakeholder concerns and ensure timely resolution.
