Visit.org is seeking an experienced Freelance Event Specialist for in-person events in Wrocław, Poland. You will manage on-site logistics, coordinate staff and materials, and be the hands-on point of contact for attendees, partners, and vendors.

Based in Wrocław, you should have corporate event experience and thrive in a startup-style tech environment. You will work per-event as a contract role, with strong English communication and a passion for social impact.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating corporate events and logistics.
• Ability to manage on-site operations, setup, and teardown.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate event details, ship materials, and staff for each event.
• Be on-site to set up, run onsite operations, and tear down.
• Act as Visit.org representative and problem-solver at events.
• Manage check-in and guest arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Escalate issues to Events Team when needed and provide updates.
