Align Technology, Inc. in Poland seeks a Workplace Experience & Event Specialist (fixed-term) to coordinate internal employee events and manage workplace services across the EMEA region.

You will independently plan programs, lead end-to-end event delivery, manage vendors, track budgets, and collaborate with Facilities, HR, and leadership to deliver engaging experiences and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in events, workplace services, or related roles.
• English proficiency required for business communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute workplace experience programs addressing diverse employee needs and organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end coordination of employee events with high-quality delivery and culture alignment.
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding and ongoing relationships in line with procurement policies.
• Oversee procurement for event and workplace supplies, including RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors and monitor performance.
• Analyze and resolve logistical challenges using data-driven, innovative approaches.
• Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Facilities, HR, Leadership) and external partners.
• Track, manage and report event budgets with forecasting and cost control.
• Collect feedback and drive continuous improvement of workplace initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and security compliance for all events.
