• 6+ years of program management experience delivering Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and implement structured approaches.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives.
• Define success metrics, report risks, and escalate issues with recommended paths forward.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and maintain momentum across distributed teams.
• Improve governance and processes across the CIO organization.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
