Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Program Manager within the Enterprise Technology & AI organization. This remote role in Poland will lead planning and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs, partnering with IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will operate across IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations, aligning stakeholders, driving governance, and delivering with an async-first, high-trust culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience in enterprise technology & AI programs.
• Ability to translate complex problems into structured roadmaps and plans.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ETA leadership.
• Experience working in a remote, async, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives.
• Define and communicate clear success metrics and report status to ETA leadership.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems and desired outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across teams.
• Improve governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working across CIO org.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable work plans.
• Anticipate risks and mitigate blockers across the portfolio.
• Model GitLab values and async-first team culture.
