GitLab seeks an Engineering Manager, Trusted Agentic Development, to build and lead a team focused on validating agent-built software and accelerating adoption across GitLab. You will shape technical approaches for validation, drive high-impact work, and collaborate with engineers across the company to ensure fast, trustworthy feedback from planning through delivery.

Competenze

Experience leading engineering teams through ambiguous, early-stage problems.
Strong ability to influence and drive adoption through product-minded leadership.
Experience in architecture and validation strategy discussions with senior engineers.
Ability to communicate effectively in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
