Sii Poland's Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center is seeking an experienced architect and consultant to help clients elevate their Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives. You will design end-to-end solution architectures, mentor peers, and work with international clients across finance, services, manufacturing and retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Fluency in English; Polish required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies.
• Designing and developing solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements and recommending best practices.
• Overseeing the technical quality of delivered solutions, identifying risks and potential issues.
• Supporting the creation of architectural and technical documentation.
• Providing mentorship and knowledge-sharing to less-experienced team members.
