Sii Poland's Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center brings together over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across finance, services, manufacturing and retail.

We are looking for a senior expert who acts as a subject-matter expert, advises on digital transformation strategies, designs and develops solution architectures

Qualifications

• 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform
• Experience designing solutions for large IT environments
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Familiar with Power Platform components
• Experience with Azure integrations
• Excellent English communication
• Polish fluency required

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on digital transformation strategies
• Design and develop solution architecture based on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend best practices
• Oversee technical quality and identify risks/issues
• Create architectural/technical documentation
• Mentor less-experienced team members
