Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a client project in the Business Applications domain. The role focuses on delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Business Applications solutions, with emphasis on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, governance, and customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, drive architecture and delivery best practices, and support scalable, value-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
• Proven track record as Solutions Architect in Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Design and oversee complex integrations and migrations across Azure and Microsoft technologies.
• Act as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support long-term engagement.
• Facilitate business mapping, requirements, blueprinting, and workshops.
• Ensure delivery quality through governance and best practices.
• Define and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
• Support project governance with PMs and account managers.
• Drive Agile methodologies and Organisational Change Management.
