Job summary

Sii Poland's Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center brings together over 100 professionals delivering Architecture, Consulting, and Software Development for international clients using Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM.

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to design and develop solution architecture based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, mentor peers, and ensure technical excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large and complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Model-driven Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.
• Excellent command of English (speaking and writing).
• Polish fluent; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject-matter expert and advise clients on digital transformation strategies.
• Design and develop solution architecture based on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend best practices.
• Oversee technical quality of delivered solutions, identify risks and issues.
• Support creation of architectural and technical documentation.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to team members.
