Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise Microsoft Business Applications projects, focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and drive architecture and delivery best practices across the client landscape.

You will design complex integrations, oversee migrations, define ALM frameworks, and foster Agile delivery and organizational change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional background in Microsoft Business Applications environments.
• Demonstrated track record as a Solution Architect within Microsoft Business Applications ecosystems.
• Fluency in English; Polish residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery activities across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Design and oversee complex integrations and migrations across Azure and related Microsoft technologies.
• Act as SME for Business Applications and Power Platform.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term customer engagement.
• Facilitate business mapping, requirement gathering, blueprinting, and workshops.
• Define and maintain ALM frameworks and Azure DevOps practices.
• Support project governance and drive Agile methodologies and change management.
