Job summary

TFS HealthScience seeks a Senior Director Business Development - DIID to shape strategic growth in Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases across global markets. Lead account strategies, drive revenue, coordinate RFI/RFP responses, and align cross-functional teams to win opportunities.

Remote role supported across Europe and selected countries, traveling as needed. Strong DIID network and leadership are highly valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies for a designated territory or accounts
• Meet annual sales goals and grow revenue in DIID vertical
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and guide proposal generation with internal teams
• Coordinate budget and contracts, post-award activities and expenses
• Maintain regular contact with clients and expand account relationships
• Represent TFS at industry events and provide client-ready presentations
