Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a global mid-size CRO partnering with biopharma and biotech firms across the clinical development journey. We seek a Senior Director Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases) to drive strategy, client retention and revenue in an international territory.

You will coordinate senior-level business development activities, lead RFI/RFP responses, and engage internal teams to deliver compelling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; experience in CRO or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and sales strategies for assigned territories or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and coordinate with internal teams to win proposals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage budget negotiations where needed.
• Travel as required to meet clients and attend major industry events.
