Job summary

TFS HealthScience is recruiting a Senior Director Business Development for DIID, with responsibilities spanning strategy, client retention, and leadership within a global territory. The role supports coordination across BD staff and engages with sponsors to win and manage complex opportunities.

The position offers home-based options across several European markets and requires extensive industry experience, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management. Travel will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Seven+ years in clinical research and/or sales with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies for DIID within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and identify new business opportunities for TFS.
• Coordinate client meetings, RFI/RFP responses and budget negotiations.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and prepare sponsor presentations.
• Monitor study status, coordinate changes with operations and report outcomes to senior management.
• Travel as needed to support business development strategy and attend industry events.
