Job summary

Indero, a dermatology-focused CRO, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth across Europe and beyond from a remote Europe-based location. You will manage key accounts, lead sales and marketing efforts, and promote Indero’s service portfolio at industry events.

The role requires five+ years in biotech/pharma/CRO with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills. Flexible schedule; permanent full-time with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Master’s preferred.
• At least five years in biotech/pharma or CRO, in business/ sales/ marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and confidentiality.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue growth goals across territories.
• Promote value proposition to medical KOLs and industry partners.
• Develop and execute sales plans and budgets with proposal manager.
• Attend conferences and direct sales events to represent Indero.
• Develop new service offerings and pricing strategies.
