TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This home-based role covers multiple European countries and focuses on defining sales strategy, achieving targets, and securing new business opportunities.

You will lead the BD team, coordinate RFI/RFP processes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across sponsors. Strong negotiation and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Considerable sales experience of more than 5 years with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor budget or contract negotiations post award.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with current and future clients.
• Plan and attend major industry events and tradeshows as required.
