Job summary

TFS HealthScience seeks a Senior Director Business Development for the DIID portfolio. This home-based role across Europe leads account strategy, coordinates RFI/RFP responses, and partners with internal teams to win and grow business in Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases.

The role requires a proven sales track record, 7+ years in clinical research or life sciences, exceptional English communication, and strong leadership. Travel will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical research and/or sales.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with leadership ability.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and drive client retention.
• Coordinate RFI/RFP responses with internal teams and lead proposal processes.
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve objectives.
• Build executive relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
