Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for DIID (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This home-based role covers multiple EU markets and focuses on strategy, client retention and leading the BD team to meet sales objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in clinical research or sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across regions and accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with customer focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and driving results.
• Proficient in planning, multitasking and entrepreneurship mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans and coordinate within territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead RFI/RFP processes and proposal development with internal teams.
• Coordinate budgets, negotiations and post-award activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and prepare sponsor presentations.
• Mentor junior BD staff and report to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at events and monitor competitor activity.
