Job summary

Indero, a dermatology and rheumatology CRO, seeks a Project Director with extensive clinical trial leadership experience. The role oversees PMs across a portfolio of studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, budget control, and quality standards while supporting business development and client relations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in the industry, 5+ years in CRO settings, and deep knowledge of multinational Phase III operations, budgets, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline. Master’s degree is an asset.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio or program of projects and the Project Managers assigned to operationalize the awarded studies.
• Ensures all studies within a program or portfolio meet therapeutic or client requirements and regulatory standards (GCP/ICH).
• Manages contracts and finances, including budgets and expenses, and tracks timelines and progress.
• Maintains therapeutic and client knowledge across the portfolio and drives risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Leads proposal input and pricing discussions; supports business development efforts and client presentations.
