Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Medical Director for a home‑based role across Europe. You will provide medical leadership in hematology/oncology, supervise medical advisors, and act as a medical monitor with regulatory and sponsor-facing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have an MD with specialist training and 7+ years in oncology development, plus CRO/pharma leadership experience. Remote work across multiple countries is supported.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) with specialist medical training.
• 10+ years post-qualification medical experience.
• 7+ years oncology/haematology clinical development and Medical Director experience in CRO/biotech/pharma.

Responsibilities

• Acts as medical monitor for oncology studies and provides escalation across the portfolio.
• Provides medical oversight on study design, safety reviews and regulatory inputs.
• Leads education and supervision of new Medical Advisors and Medical Directors.
• Contributes to SOPs, tools and thought leadership within the oncology therapeutic area.
