Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or highly relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of seven years of clinical research and/or sales experience.
• More than 5 years of sales experience with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the TFS / CRO business.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate budget negotiations and post-award activities.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and prepare sponsor presentations.
• Lead and mentor junior business development staff when applicable.
• Support senior leaders with reporting and strategic direction.
