Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development for the DIID team (Dermatology, Immunology & Inflammatory Diseases). This role is home-based across multiple European countries, including the UK, Sweden, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, and Italy.

You will lead business development strategy, client retention, and cross-functional coordination to expand DIID programs across allocated accounts and territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years in clinical research and/or sales.
• 5+ years of sales with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic plans and sales strategies within a specified territory or accounts.
• Meet annual sales goals and objectives.
• Identify new business sales opportunities and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Coordinate and monitor budget negotiations and post-award activities.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with clients and prepare sponsor presentations.
• Record activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Mentor junior team members and support leadership.
• Travel as required to meet business needs.
