You will shape UX strategy, mentor designers, and partner with Product Management, IT Leads, and business owners to deliver evidence-based UX outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading the UX/CX for complex initiatives, projects, or products from concept through to successful implementation.
• Proven track record of navigating and effectively resolving highly complex and ambiguous UX challenges with pragmatic solutions.
• Demonstrated experience proactively managing stakeholder expectations and cultivating robust, trusting relationships throughout the project lifecycle to influence design and business decisions.
• Experience actively mentoring and developing other designers to foster their professional growth.
