Job summary

SPS in Poland is seeking a technology specialist to join our Global IT Engineering Team (level 3). You will lead changes for our Endpoint solutions built on Microsoft 365, including Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.

You will design and optimize components, work with Digital Workplace services, maintain security posture, and contribute to SOPs. On-call rotation and potential Citrix support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 components and related tools.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with MS Graph and security posture evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize Microsoft 365 components such as Intune, Autopilot, Azure VDI.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace services/products like Logitech Meeting Rooms, Barco Readers, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Google Zero Touch etc.
• Accountability of security posture of above listed components and other that are part of team responsibility.
• Deliver Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to building knowledge base.
• Following IT Service Management principles.
• Participate in rotational team on-call.
• If required, provide best-effort support for Citrix installation.

We are looking for a technology specialist to join our engineering section (level 3) in Global IT Engineering Team. The person in this position will lead and execute major changes for our Endpoint solutions primarily build on Microsoft 365 service, such as Intune, Autopilot, PatchMyPC, Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure VDI and other.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Designing, implementing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 components: Intune, Autopilot, Azure VDI, PatchMyPC, Entra ID, Global Secure Access (Entra Private Access), other
• Whenever required work with other Digital Workplace services/products like Logitech Meeting Rooms, Barco Readers, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, Google Zero Touch etc.
• Accountability of security posture of above listed components and other that are part of team responsibility
• Deliver Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to building knowledge base
• Following IT Service Management principles
• Participate in rotational team on-call
• If required, provide best-effort support for Citrix installation

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• At least four years of deep dive experience working with above listed tools
• Very good understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
• MS Graph hands on experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail, with good prioritizing skills
• Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach
