Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure on-site in Kraków. You will manage client compute devices, OS deployments, AD, GPOs, JAMF Pro, and MDM across multiple locations, with occasional after-hours support.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in desktop systems administration, experience with SCCM/Intune/JAMF, and strong scripting ability for automation. An IT asset management background and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of desktop systems administration in a large-scale enterprise.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and be proactive.
Experience packaging/deploying apps on Windows, macOS and Linux (SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
Familiarity with IT asset management tools and inventory practices.
Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for client compute devices in a large-scale enterprise.
Manage WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Active Directory infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS deployments.
Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF profiles on endpoints.
Manage user accounts: creation, modification, deactivation, permissions, LDAP maintenance.
Support Microsoft 365 apps: Teams, SharePoint, Exchange/Outlook, Office apps.
Configure and support mobile devices via MDM solutions.
Support videoconferencing and Cisco collaboration systems.
Manage enterprise printing, scanning-to-email, and finishing units.
Participate in IT security incident response and patching.
Plan site relocations and office moves.
Collaborate on EUC hardening and automation initiatives.
