Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager - Traceability in Kraków to lead strategic delivery across risk and compliance initiatives. You will define outcomes, set roadmaps and align business and IT stakeholders to measurable benefits.

You will drive governance, manage dependencies, and coordinate architects and product teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex initiatives in enterprise risk management.
• Ability to define and track measurable outcomes with KPIs and baselines.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
• Capability in risk, dependency, issue and impediment management.
• Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping and Target Operating Model thinking.
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe and DevOps concepts including planning and release readiness.

Responsibilities

• Identify, agree and document strategic change outcomes with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define scope boundaries, assumptions, dependencies and success criteria for initiatives.
• Build and maintain outcome-specific roadmaps across products and value streams.
• Establish KPIs, baselines, targets and other benefit metrics.
• Orchestrate collaboration across business, product, IT leads, architects and analysts.
• Facilitate AS-IS / TO-BE mapping and Target Operating Model impact assessments.
• Engage architects early to align delivery with Future State Architecture.
• Prepare governance materials and ensure actions are tracked to closure.
