HSBC Holdings plc in Kraków is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in GPB Transformation to work across multiple projects, shaping large-scale changes across business, operations and technology. You will translate strategy into practical target operating models and ensure changes are smoothly integrated into BAU in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on stakeholder management, process improvement and delivering high-level business cases to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced business analysis capability including requirements gathering and design techniques.
• Change and implementation management techniques to deliver adoption into BAU.
• Re-engineering knowledge and process design methods to improve end-to-end outcomes.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile or scrum delivery approaches.
• Tools such as Clarity, JIRA, MS Office and Visio to manage analysis and delivery artefacts.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services and understanding of regulatory and competitor landscape.
• Substantial experience in business analysis solution design or consulting on complex multi-country projects.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders across a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and manage stakeholder expectations, using open communication to resolve conflicts and keep delivery aligned.
• Question current processes and facilitate stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate complex information into clear structured messages tailored to different audiences.
• Guide business research and analysis across multiple projects or programmes to support delivery teams.
• Assess current state operating models and translate strategy into target operating models.
• Develop high-level business cases, balancing investment needs with expected benefits.
• Architect complex large-scale change solutions, mapping the full change journey and audience impacts.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability across programme teams and senior stakeholders.
