Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of risk management in a large, complex financial institution.
• Good knowledge of regulatory landscape affecting bank risk management.
• Deep technical understanding of risk identification, assessment, monitoring, control and mitigation.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across senior, matrixed and multi-location teams.
• Excellent written communication and experience producing Board-ready risk information.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in planning the redesigned Strategic Execution Risk approach.
• Translate the refreshed model into day-to-day processes, tools, reporting and governance.
• Manage transition from current to new model while maintaining essential deliverables.
• Create training materials, playbooks, templates and communications for consistent execution risk.
• Produce portfolio management information and insights highlighting themes and risks.
• Support deep dives on key portfolios with risk-based challenge.
• Build relationships across Strategy, Finance and Risk to drive alignment and accountability.
• Collaborate with Internal/External Audit to ensure timely closure of issues.
