Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Senior Delivery Growth and Promotion Specialist in Warszawa to manage administrative seller onboarding, data entry, and billing support within the Delivery Experience team. You will verify delivery options, monitor debts, and assist in cross-selling campaigns to boost platform performance.

You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding, timely payments, and accurate reporting, while leveraging CRM tools and internal databases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in administrative support, customer operations, or junior partner management.
• Proficient English and Polish (Czech nice to have).
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRMs, databases and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Seller Onboarding.
• Daily onboarding tasks following checklists.
• Data entry and verification of partner documents.
• Verify One by Allegro delivery options in baskets.
• Debt monitoring and settlement support with proactive communication.
• Billing assistance and handling basic invoice inquiries.
• Cross-selling and promotional campaigns support to sellers.
• Distribute sales materials and onboarding guides.
• Assist Sales Managers with admin tasks and updates.
• Co-marketing support: optimize in-basket visibility and campaign assets.
• Educational content distribution and sharing best practices.
• Merchant campaign support and ensuring delivery settings are optimized.
• Handle routine tickets and inquiries; maintain daily operation reports.
