Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Senior Delivery Growth and Promotion Specialist in Warszawa to manage administrative seller onboarding, data entry, and billing support within the Delivery Experience team. You will verify delivery options, monitor debts, and assist in cross-selling campaigns to boost platform performance.
You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding, timely payments, and accurate reporting, while leveraging CRM tools and internal databases.

Administrative Seller Onboarding
Daily Onboarding Tasks: Execute the operational step-by-step onboarding process for new sellers and e-shops according to established checklists.
Data Entry & Verification: Verify partner documents, set up new seller profiles in internal systems, and maintain accurate database records.
Basket Integration Checks: Verify if partner e-shops have correctly enabled One by Allegro delivery options in their online shopping baskets.
Debt Monitoring & Settlement Support
Debt Tracking: Regularly monitor seller accounts for overdue balances, unpaid invoices, and payment delays (debts).
Partner Contact for Payments: Proactively contact sellers (via phone/email) regarding outstanding payments, send reminders, and collect payment confirmations.
Billing Assistance Handle basic invoice inquiries, balance checks, and routing complex financial disputes to the Finance team.
Cross-Selling & Operational Support
Cross-Selling Execution: Contact existing sellers to introduce basic promotional campaigns, new delivery options, or additional platform features.
Sales Materials Distribution: Prepare and send promotional kits, checkout banners, and onboarding guides to sellers.
Sales Team Assistance: Assist Sales Managers with administrative tasks, standard offer preparation, and partner status updates.
In-Basket Visibility Optimization: Advise sellers on best practices for highlighting One by Allegro delivery options at checkout (e.g., placing badges, banners, or free-delivery promotions).
Marketing Material Localization & Adaptation: Help adapt standard Allegro promotional materials and campaign assets to fit the specific needs of local Czech e-shops.
Educational Content Distribution: Share educational content, case studies, and best-practice guides with sellers to show how fast delivery boosts their conversion rates.
Merchant Campaign Support: Help sellers enroll in seasonal platform campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Allegro Days) and ensure their delivery settings are fully optimized for peak volumes.
Daily Operations & Reporting
Tickets & Inquiries: Answer incoming routine partner inquiries related to onboarding, account settings, and delivery setup.
Operational Reporting: Log daily activities, track onboarding completion status, and maintain accurate records of debt recovery actions.
Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, customer operations, sales support, or junior partner management (preferably in e-commerce or logistics).
Administrative Precision: You are meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with internal CRM systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Basic Financial Understanding: You know how invoicing, settlements, and payment terms work in a B2B environment.
Language Skills: Good command of English and Polish, Czech nice to have
Organized & Tech-Savvy: You can manage multiple daily routine tasks efficiently and are eager to use digital tools to speed up your work
