Shield AI seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth in Poland from Warsaw, driving strategy and expanding Shield AI's autonomy and aircraft portfolio across defence and strategic customers.

The role requires building disciplined pipelines, engaging with senior military and procurement authorities, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to close opportunities from shaping through award in a fast-paced international defence environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in defence, aerospace, national security, or advanced tech environments.
• Experience operating in international defence procurement markets.
• Proven track record shaping and closing complex opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and cross‑functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in/relocate within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute go-to-market strategy across assigned markets, aligning with growth priorities and customer requirements.
• Lead end-to-end deal closure, including account planning, shaping, negotiation, and contract close to meet quotas.
• Engage with senior military leaders, ministries of defence, procurement authorities, and strategic partners.
• Develop regional partnerships, industrial participation structures, and offset strategies to expand access.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support capture, delivery, and post‑award success.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and campaign reporting.
• Provide regional market intelligence on competitors and risks.
