Shield AI is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager to drive defence market growth in Poland. You will own territory strategy, pipeline development, and opportunity execution, engaging senior military leaders, Ministries of Defence, and strategic partners across the region.

The role combines strategic business development with account leadership and revenue generation in a fast-paced international defence environment.

Qualifications

Experience in defence, aerospace, or national security with complex sales cycles.
Proven ability to engage senior military and government stakeholders.
Track record of shaping opportunities and closing deals in regulated markets.

Responsibilities

Lead territory strategy and pipeline development across Poland.
Coordinate with product, legal, and government relations to advance opportunities.
Engage senior defense authorities and strategic partners to drive revenue.
Forecast, report, and manage campaigns to meet sales quotas.
Represent Shield AI's portfolio including autonomy and aircraft solutions in demonstrations.
