Allegro Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Data Scientist in Warsaw to drive ML initiatives for one of Poland’s largest eCommerce platforms.

You will build and deploy end-to-end models, spanning search, recommendations and fraud detection, handling terabytes of data in batch and streaming pipelines on Google Cloud. Requirements include production ML and SQL experience, a business-first problem solving approach, strong Python coding, and fluency in Polish and English (B2).

Qualifications

• Proven record deploying ML models in production.
• Ability to translate business questions into ML problems.
• Excellent communication bridging business and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML projects from concept to productization.
• Work with diverse modeling techniques including deep learning and generative AI.
• Process large datasets on Google Cloud.
• Implement offline and online models.
• Collaborate with business, analytics and data engineering teams.
• Mentor peers and share knowledge.
