Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is seeking a GenAI Engineer with 2+ years in Data Science and ML. You will design and implement AI models, exploring architectures and driving innovation across business use cases, with emphasis on NLP, GenAI and MLOps.

Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph and cloud platforms is valued. The role involves developing scalable AI capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and applying modern AI methods to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of ML, DL, and Generative AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn).
• Understanding of NLP techniques including tokenization, embeddings.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI models and systems.
• Develop new AI approaches and solutions; experiment with architectures.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
• Build and manage AI pipelines using tools like Docker, Kubernetes and Git.
