Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is looking for a Data Scientist to join the Partner Experience Data & AI team in a data-driven role focused on modeling the partner lifecycle and growth initiatives.

You will build predictive models, apply causal AI and generative AI techniques, and work with data engineers, product analysts, and developers to shipping data products that empower partner advisors and platform touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Must have a quantitative background or-equivalent hands-on experience in DS/ML.
• Proven experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle and deployment.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• English and Polish at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from problem to deployment.
• Build scalable ML models for partner growth and churn prediction.
• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for sellers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, PMs, and engineers on data products.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure business impact.
