Allegro sp. z o.o. in Warszawa is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join the Conversational Analytics team.

You will develop Python services, data pipelines, and integrations supporting LCA and ADI, working with SQL/NoSQL models and agentic AI tools. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and maintainability in production The position offers hybrid work with flexible hours (4/1) and 30 days of remote work, plus opportunities to learn and grow at the intersection of data and AI engineering

Qualifications

Good foundations in Python and SQL gained through studies, internships, or projects.
Basic understanding of data pipelines, APIs, data modeling, and software practices.
Familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI concepts is a plus.
Willingness to take ownership and learn the product architecture.
Strong communication and collaborative mindset; English at B2 level.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python services, APIs, and data integrations for LCA and ADI.
Build pipelines to collect and process agent interactions, traces, feedback, and evaluation results.
Work with SQL and NoSQL data models used by Conversational Analytics services.
Define, validate, test, and deploy conversational agents via repeatable workflows.
Integrate agents with Looker and other services via APIs or MCP standards.
