Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. You will contribute to a modern data platform used across markets, enabling high-quality, data-driven decisions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python development skills with object‑oriented design and data processing with Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions).
• Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and scalable data engineering solutions.
• Experience in Agile teams and modern software development practices.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a modern Data Engineering platform supporting data-driven processes and analytics.
• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using modern Python development practices.
• Build reliable and maintainable data pipelines following object-oriented design principles.
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support platform migrations, enhancements, and integrations across evolving business environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing data and processing pipelines.
